stayed 2 nights in a busness club double room. the location was great, right on the promenade, which was perfect for my office meetings. breakfast was awsome with a nice buffet and some items cooked fresh like eggs benedict! loved the little turndown service with chocolates and comfy slippers waiting for me at night. room was cozy and had a king size comfy bed.
but man, the noise from outside was kinda annoying, especially in the morning. also, the double glazing in the window needs some work cuz i felt wind coming through.

Good intentions, flawed execution
Staff were exceptionally polite, offering assistance with directions, contributing to a welcoming environment! Breakfast had a wonderful selection, cooked to order.
The absence of a detailed hotel guide seemed quite unhelpful! The noise from extraction fans near my room was quite distracting.

missingWrote a review on 31 Octexceptional housekeepingpoor room ventilationtiny shower cubicle
The housekeeping was exceptional throughout our stay.
We faced significant issues with our room's lack of air circulation since it faced a wall. Despite requesting a room change, we were told we had to pay an extra £75 per night. The shower cubicle was so tiny that it felt suffocating, making it impossible to shower comfortably.

Super comfy stay with fab views
We had such a lovely time! The location is perfect for strolls by the sea, and I was thrilled to find free papers every morning. Breakfast was on point—definitely try the fresh pastries! Only downside was the slow service at the bar/lounge area. a great place to kick back and relax!

Had an awesome time here with a cozy room and a nice corner shower that was just snug enough for me! Relaxing by the pool and unwinding with a good book in the lounge were perfect ways to spend the afternoons. Just a heads up, some of the furniture looked a bit worn, but it didn't spoil my stay at all! 😊

The Business Club Double room offered a wonderful stay with a very comfortable bed and a lovely walk-in shower. Breakfast was exceptional, showcasing a delightful array of options. the room felt a bit on the smaller side, and the lack of a view for the price was disappointing. the ongoing refurbishment, while unobtrusive, adds a slight contrast to the otherwise modern and clean atmosphere.
